Description

Special Touch Home Care is looking for a dedicated bilingual Korean/English Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. If you’re a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties

  • Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support
  • Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications
  • Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM/EMR systems)

Compensation

$20.00/hour pay 35–39 hours per week Room for growth – YES, we promote from within! Company-paid medical insurance (after probationary period) with minimal employee contribution 3+ weeks of paid time off Bonuses available
