We provide a wide variety of Bronx residents with personalized home health services. If you or a loved one are struggling to stay independent while managing an illness or disability, we can provide at-home personal care and assistance for the following issues:

What We Do
Our Bronx home health care services help clients manage a wide variety of health conditions while offering assistance with everyday needs. We offer the following services:
- Nutrition management
- Medication reminders
- Personal care (help with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, etc.)
- Companionship
- Physical and speech therapy
Our trained and certified home health aides serve clients of all ages and backgrounds – from children who need a helping hand performing activities of every day life to seniors who wish to receive nursing services in the comfort of their own homes.
Who We Are
We are proud to offer unparalleled home health care, administered by caring professional home health aides. Our interview and screening process for potential home health aides is extensive, starting with a full background check, criminal screening, confirmation of credentials, and reference verification. We then engage in a thorough interview process to ensure all potential home health aides demonstrate the interpersonal qualities consistent with the most exceptional caregivers.
Once the initial background verification and interview stages are complete, we have our aides participate in ongoing training and relevant education courses. Each Special Touch caregiver is required to undergo periodic skills assessments and supplementary education training to assure their ability to consistently render excellent care.
Special Touch Home Care goes above and beyond the licensing requirements of the New York State Health Department. In addition to our New York State operating license, we are fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and require that all of our home health aides participate in rigorous Dementia and Alzheimer’s training and routine professional development.
