Special Touch Home Care is proud to provide consistently exceptional Queens home health care services to a thriving and diverse community. We are passionate about keeping neighborhoods strong and healthy, and our Queens home health aide’s (HHA) are dedicated to delivering the high standard of assistance they would expect for their own loved ones.
When a loved one is no longer able to live independently, it can be difficult to find a helping hand that can be trusted to provide the very highest level of care. Special Touch Home Care has delivered thousands of New York residents exceptional in-home care, helping clients across the five boroughs live independently, healthily, and happily for more than 40 years.
All of our HHA professionals are dedicated health care providers, and consistently provide clients with empathetic and comprehensive home health services. All of our HHA paraprofessionals have undergone extensive vetting, background checks, criminal screening, reference authentication, and credentials verification. Every applicant is subsequently interviewed by our exceptional Special Touch “Home Care Recruitment” team, to confirm that the candidate has the right interpersonal skills and disposition to render consistently excellent client care.
Continual education and professional development is critical to providing outstanding homecare services. All of our HHA paraprofessionals are required to take continual supplementary courses in dementia care and Alzheimer’s disease, and other relevant areas of patient care.
