Who We Serve
Special Touch offers Staten Island home health care services to clients of all ages and medical concerns. We provide assistance to the following:
- Clients with disabilities
- Clients recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries
- Clients with limited mobility
- Clients who require nursing care
- Clients with cognitive impairment
- Clients diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
Special Touch Home Care is dedicated to providing exceptional home health care services to the Staten Island community. Our Staten Island Home Health Aide’s are certified and trained in providing compassionate and skilled assistance to clients suffering from a wide variety of concerns.
Every Staten Island HHA undergoes an extensive background check prior to joining the Special Touch Home Care team. We perform criminal screening, credentials verification, and reference checks for every prospective HHA. We then interview every candidate to ensure that they have the required personal skills and compassionate disposition to consistently provide superior care to every client. Once an HHA joins our team, we require that they participate in continual professional development, including completing training courses for caring for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. It is critically important that all of our staff members are educated in the latest home care best practices, methods, and innovations.
