Flexible fee-for-service opportunities are available now for qualified RNs seeking weekday field-based work in Brooklyn. Special Touch Home Care is currently seeking several experienced RNs for rewarding and flexible fee-for-service Registered Nurse positions within our licensed home care services agency (LHCSA). We believe our clients deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Special Touch Home Care’s Field Supervisor RNs are responsible for conducting initial evaluations and reassessments of home care clients. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while making a positive impact on their day-to-day quality of life.
Job Duties
Special Touch Home Care’s Field Supervisor RNs are responsible for conducting initial evaluations and reassessments of home care clients in the field. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, build meaningful relationships with clients, and play an important part in maintaining quality patient care in the home setting. These supervisory visits are conducted to assess clinical needs, observe caregiver performance, and help ensure that caregivers are knowledgeable, competent, and properly trained. The RN Field Supervisor is also responsible for internal case management and related documentation. This position is ideal for caring professionals seeking a flexible weekday schedule with one-on-one patient interaction and field-based oversight responsibilities.
Requirements
- Current and valid NYS RN License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of RN home care field experience required
- Excellent patient care and assessment skills
- Experience with UAS assessment/documentation is a plus

Fee-for-service: $125 initial visits / $100 reassessments
